A building that evolves according to needs and capacity

In order to adapt to the needs and financial limits of the investment, the ECODOMUS concept is designed so the characteristics of the building can be modified without having to resort to extension work:

- useful surfaces: position of façades and floors

- use of solar energy: combination of traditional PV panels, BIPV or thermal
- interior finishes: changes to the self-supporting structure are easy, as well as working with the wooden beams structure.

The income from photovoltaic production can be used to finance the changes made to the original building.
