Mixed polygeneration systems
The polygeneration seeks to obtain a continuous supply of electrical energy depending on the energy sources availability and maximum fuel economy. An intelligent system prioritizes most suitable energy source at all times.
MIXED POLYGENERATION SYSTEMS:
- Synchronous generator * ……………………. 250 kW
- Thermal engine * …………………...…….…… 250 kW (Diesel or Gas)
- Wind support system ……………………….. 170 kW (saving in fuel)
- Photovoltaic field ……………….….……….. 200kW (with E-W tracking +/- 40º)
MAXIMUM AVAILABLE ELECTRICAL POWER:
-Only thermal engine ………………..…………. 250 kW
-Thermal + wind ……………………….…... 250 kW (saving in fuel)
-Thermal + solar ……………………...……… 450 kW
-Thermal + wind + solar ………………..……… 450 kW (saving in fuel)
WIND SUPPORT TO GENERATORS
Direct fuel saving into the thermal engine. The equipment consists of a wind turbine of 32 m rotor diameter, which at nominal speed of 10.5 m / s, provides mechanically 170 kW to the generator rotations providing torque on shaft by means of a hydraulic servo motor.
PHOTOVOLTAIC FIELD
It provides electricity directly unloading the synchronous generator, reducing fuel consumption or increasing available electricity.
