Confidentiality - data protection

In accordance with the contents of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on personal data protection, the users are hereby informed of the following points:

• For access, subscription or registration to any of the services offered by the website of Aplicaciones de Energías Sustitutivas S.L., it may be necessary for the user to facilitate data of a personal nature. In this case, the supplying of the data will always be voluntary and with the express consent of the user. • The data contained in the file will be used solely and exclusively by Aplicaciones de Energías Sustitutivas S.L.; there are no plans for its cession. If, for any specific service the cession of data is expected, the user will be notified expressly on the corresponding form.

• The user has the option of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the manner and to the extent provided by law.
