ECONOMICALLY PROFITABLE - ECOLOGICALLY SUSTAINABLE
A new building concept for the efficient use of solar energy intended for the services market and the individual wooden home. (International patent PCT 2009000575).
Providing a new focus on the problem of energy dependence for buildings (residential or tertiary) and the integration of renewable energy in a decentralised electrical grid, the ECODOMUS concept achieves:
- the use of thermal separation and insulation solutions that comply with CTE and RITE objectives, with total freedom of design of interiors thanks to the self-supporting design of ECODOMUS structures.
- maximum use of thermal and photovoltaic solar energy and interior lighting, thanks to the variety of building shapes and their rotation system.
- access to a residential or office building that is economical, modular and ecological, enhanced by the financial return on the sale of the energy produced and the savings from self-supply.
- adding the choice of an innovative and environmentally-friendly external design to the intrinsic qualities of the building.
- a contribution to sustainable development by choosing construction solutions and supplying clean energy to the grid.
A pilot building that has been in operation since November 2010 is the basis for the demonstration of the ECODOMUS concept, as well as the possibilities of equipment and interior finishing.
