SINTER Project
The SINTER project consortium presents its Intelligent Systems to Stabilize Electrical Grids, whose main purpose is the integration of renewable energies (wind, photovoltaic and hydro), including storage (hydrogen, supercapacitors, batteries, hydraulic pumps, etc..), providing grid stabilization.
The duration of the activity will be from April 22, 2009 to December 31 2011 (funded under the Plan E, the Ministry of Science an Innovation until April 2010). The project cost is 4.3 million EUR, of which 67% (2.89 M EUR) has been provided by the Ministry of the Science and Innovation through the plan E.
