ADES in Australia

Located in Alice Springs, at the Solar Technology Park “Desert Knowledge Australia Solar Centre” (DKASC) , the tracker installed, is the ADES fully hydraulic new model, 5 rows 27 meters length , with a total power of 26,52 kW, with tractor clamp patented system on azimuth orientation system.

The center, based in one of the world best solar irradiation outputs areas, has installations from a representative sample of the most significant commercialized solar technologies. The DKASC objective is to be a demonstration facility for mature commercialized technologies, with a charter in general education and the promotion of solar generation (www.dkasolarcentre.com.au).

The ADES large scale tracker was selected for inclusion in the last phase of technology installation purchase with the Centre’s initial Australian Government funding, through an open expression of interest (EOI) process, to with ECO-KYNETICS responded with the proposal to install an ADES tracker.

For this purpose, an ECO-KYNETICS engineer ADES has been qualified in ADES facilities (Zaragoza, Spain) as an ADES tracker expert. This expert has managed the tracker from it s arrival to Adelaide harbor: transport, installation and finally its connection to the demonstration program, assuring that any after-sales intervention that could occur in the future in the region will be covered by ECO-KYNETICS´s expert.

The Australian government has committed to install 1GWp of solar farms under their Solar Flagship program, of which at least 50% are set to be photovoltaic systems.
